Job description

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and be able to group the properties based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the geography, unit sizes, costing, and trends to provide the best suitable projects/flats for clients

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for attending Inbound and Outbound calls.
  • Should be always available to attend all the inbound calls.
  • Making outbound calls and explaining the project to the prospects.
  • Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
  • Will be responsible for grouping the leads according to their requirement.
  • Will be responsible for the segregation of unit sizes depending upon the client’s requirements.
  • Will be responsible for Scheduling the call-back process in order to provide information and meet timelines.
  • Arranging site visits to customers for further details regarding the project
  • Attend client meetings along with the sales team if required.
  • Updating customer profile in CRM
  • Accurately record details of customers and feedback/ comment
  • Asking questions to customers and understanding their requirements
  • Maintaining a proper record of important details of each conversation and recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate
  • Strong Real Estate sales background is a must.
  • Proficient fluency in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office-Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Available to work on weekends
  • 3+ years of work experience in telemarketing.
  • Must have a sound understanding of Floor plans and design
  • Must have a sound understanding of the geography of Vizag.
  • Preferably should have worked in/for a similar environment.


  • Any undergraduate degree
  • 3 + years of real estate sales experience
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills


  • Convert leads into sales by convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet up their requirement and to close
  • Manage our client base through timely follow up on leads
  • Generate leads through marketing and other promotional activities
  • Work actively on the scheduled appointments and show around our properties
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and customer documentation is up to date
  • To ensure pre-set sales targets are achieved
  • Project a premium real estate brand attitude and deliver a positive experience to the clientele
  • Cultivate excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
  • Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager


  • Any undergraduate degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM

  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Escalate if necessary
  • Keep customers updated on the organization’s latest products to increase sales
