MVV Builders started its operations in the 1990s and was headed by a Young, Dynamic, and Self-driven Entrepreneur, Mr Mullapudi Veera Venkata Satyanarayana, who is known for his market leadership, experience in the field of construction, and is a prominent name in the Real Estate industry. Having been founded in Visakhapatnam more than two decades ago, the company’s growth has sky-rocketed and is a dominant force in the Visakhapatnam real estate market. It has now expanded to Hyderabad as well.

Our first project with MVV Builders is the MVV & MK Park at Kurmannapalem. It is a beautiful 2000-apartment gated community and is the biggest residential complex in the city of Visakhapatnam. It is also one of the most affordable gated communities in the city with over 30+ premium amenities, such as Night Eat Street, Farmer’s Market and an extensive clubhouse.
